For the price it is a super cute bag! I did expect it to be a little bit thicker material as this is very thin but I'm sure I will get some use out of it and hopefully my step daughter will too since I bought one for her as a gift since she is a mom-to-be.
I ordered 4 prints, and was completely satisfied with 3 of them. One of them has modern day guitar charts printed on it, and does not match with the rest of the "vintage" ones. I tried contacting the company numerous times via email, FB messenger, voice mail and through a Jane customer service rep. I got no response at all and it's been 6 weeks. I am just looking for Refinery Number One to send me exactly what it shows on their site, or to replace with an alternate title, but again, NO response. Horrible customer service.

Amazing grace printout was beautiful. Thank goodness this is the one I was gifting. However I was disappointed with my other print as it was not the full lyrics. Overall not a bad purchase.

UPDATED REVIEW: I am extremely disappointed. I found that two of my prints had weird symbols versus actual notes. Not a big deal if the company actually responded when I asked them to replace them. I tried twice. These were Mother's Day gifts. It is not good business practice to not respond to a customer with an issue. I truly love these and just wanted replacements. I contacted Jane, and they responded immediately. THAT is good business practice.
Beautiful prints. Look just like in photos but even prettier in person.
Finally received them. The description says to use it to cover old pillows - except these are so cheap that they are see through and that doesn’t work. These are junk.
Hello - We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order. Did you try removing the old cover before putting the new cover on the pillow? For example, the pillow cover you ordered has a white background, if the pillow you are putting the cover on is dark colored, it is perfectly natural for some color to leak through, no matter how thick the pillow cover fabric is. This is why most pillow bases (whether they are meant for the sofa or for the bedroom) come in light neutral colors. Many thanks! :)
