Nice prints but very small

I got my watercolor art and my husband didn't know about it at all, but when he saw it he loved it and thought it was pretty cool.

Still have not received.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered this two months ago and tried to get in contact with the seller several times and they never got back to me! I am a very patient person and waited a long time but this was supposed to be for my sisters birthday and I’m very disappointed that no one got back to me. It’s not hard to answer an email.

This order out of 2 that was purchased on may 22nd arrived in a timely manner and wasn't bent. This print is of South Korea and is of good quality cardstock and colorful ink. I made this order because i forgot to add to my main purchase. Very nice quality all around unlike my second order I ordered the same day. The second order was of 11 prints-- Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Idaho, Arizona, and Ireland (some were gifts for others). This shipment was a headache to deal with and I recieved it today June 15th (3 weeks 2 days). I emailed the seller 4 times and got a response once (June 4) saying it would be shipped within 24 hours. That didn't happen. Until I contacted Jane and it was out for shipping a day later and arrive within 2 days. Upon receiving the envelope I noticed it was bent everywhere and scuffed up. Opened the package to be disappointed that these prints were creased!! If the prints weren't damaged they would be beautiful and those that I planned to gift to family members would have recieved them and loved them. I paid $40 for this particular order and feel I wasted my money. I tried to be very patient knowing the seller had many orders to be filled. But this is ridiculous. I hope that the seller can make this right by either resending new prints or allow a refund. I was really excited to recieve these for sometime so I could display the places my husband and I lived during the military and gift them.

I’ve had all other items ordered at the same time as these for at least 2 weeks . Contacted seller for timeline and didn’t hear anything until I posted a bad review. He said he would send them immediately and refund my money. Haven’t received the bags or my money back and have contacted him 2 more times to find out when i would be getting the bags and have heard nothing.

Beautiful! Will make a great gift for our out of state family.

So excited about these. Using them above our settee that has a “home” pillow. We got CA, NV, and SC to show where we’ve lived before & during the military so far ❤️

Places this order on April 27th, on June 15th it still says the order is being processed. I have emailed the seller and have not received a single response.
