UPDATE:I initially reviewed this item fairly. I was contacted by the owner assuring me he'd send me new copies (End of June). I was very pleased with the prompt customer service. I messaged him a month later explaining I hadn't received the replacements still (End of July) . He then told me he had sent them, and he'd follow up with me. I'm still waiting to hear back. Thus my removal of stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was pretty excited to get these. I bought 8 in total. 7 in one order, and 1 in another order. I received the 1 first. Excellent condition, and beautiful. I received the 7 others a coupke days later. They were crinkled up. The mail package was wet/muddy, and someone had stepped on it. Thankfully the pictures were in plastic or they'd be damaged more. An extra piece of cardboard in the envelope would have effectively prevented that without a huge expense at the sellers side. I'm just disappointed.

I was sent the wrong print. It happens on occasion, we are all human :) Once they were aware of the error, they went above and beyond to make it right. I am very impressed with how quickly they responded. I have placed two orders so far. With many more in the future. Amazing prints and customer service!!

I ordered 2 of these, one looked great but the other one was very off-centered. I contacted the seller and they were quick to reply that they would send me another one free of charge. I never received it, after multiple emails and finally going thru Jane customer service support I was refunded. Very poor customer service, won’t be ordering from them again.

Fabric wasn’t what I was expecting but the size is great.

I was pretty excited about this, when I receiced it, I realized, how would I even know if it was what the actual sky looked like and not just an image of the sky any night. (my fault not theirs) It was my order and exaclty what I ordered though. =) Updated: Owner of the shop emailed me immediatley after I posted this review and said: "I just saw your review and wanted to reassure you that the night sky shown on your print is the actual night sky for the time, date and place you specified. We use a sophisticated virtual planetarium program to create these pictures. I've one at home showing my wedding anniversary :) Hope you're having a lovely day!" What a nice guy! Thank you so much for your speedy response and helpful information!

Never arrived, they did eventually reply and offer a full refund AND to still ship the product, but it still never arrived. UPDATE: I received a swift and gracious email response to this review (same day). Customer service response has been great along the way. Looking forward to receiving and rating this a 5!

Beautiful colors and the way they fit the picture into the shape is awesome.
