This is my 2nd time to order these. Added 2 new countries this time. These look amazing and I love how they truly capture a glimpse of each state &/or country.
The prints are nice, however, they aren’t consistent with the type of paper they use. I placed an order on 6/12 and they didn’t have one of the states I wanted. I sent an email to the seller to see if that state could be added to my order (since it wasn’t a choice in the drop down selections) and it went unanswered until I wrote a review here on 6/26. Seller emailed me back and said to email a different email address and customer service would help me right away. I immediately emailed customer service and here we are 17 days later and my email is still being ignored. I placed a second order when these prints became available for sale again since the company couldn’t care less about issues their customers have. I received the second order and it’s on a completely different type of paper than my first order. The paper is texturized and is an off white. My first order was on plain white card stock. It doesn’t match and it’s glaringly obvious that the papers are different colors. At this point, I’ve spent $43 on prints and shipping and I just want a refund because I’ve totally had it with this company. They’ll take your money and ignore you when you have a problem. Poor business practices. I give the prints two stars because they are actually nice, but the way the company treats their customers...I just can’t get on board with it. My two cents: take your money somewhere else and purchase from someone who realizes their customers keep them in business.

I bought the 3 states we lived in previous to our current state. They’re beautiful and can’t wait to get them framed and hung!
