Only received half of my order and I have emailed the company....no response and it’s been over a week. I would appreciate either the other half of my order or a refund for it.

The post office could not deliver my order and returned it to the seller. The seller asked for an alternative address to which they could send it. Since then, I have not received my order, nor any tracking or shipping information. They are not responding to any of my emails or offering a refund. Awful customer service!
Potentially beautiful!! But there’s a streak through the lower portion that looks like the printer glitched. It has repetitive streaks across a portion of it that does not look like the rest of the watercolor at all.
These were very nice and good quality. Shipping took quite a while, but overall pleased.
Have not received item. No response to email inquiry. Seller updated the "shipping" status on the expected ship date, but only updated it to "pre-shipment" notification and NO further updates since July 31st. Very disappointed in seller and Jane.com
This is better than what I expected. It’s absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to find the perfect place to hang it. (It is a little smaller than it seems in the pictures)
The size of the prints do not mimic the ones in the photo at all. Also...they do not look aged. They simply look like prints on card stock.
Ordered 3 prints on July 21. Order history still shows as processing with estimated delivery date of August 6. It’s August 23 and still don’t have my order. Contacted seller.... no response
Love them! Going to get frames and hang them in my office above my piano.

What I received was not what I had expected. I was not aware the hymn print was not framed and I was not pleased with the quality. I had purchased this for a good friend who recently lost her 19 year old daughter in a tragic car accident and I will not be giving her this item. I repeatedly give the review 1 star but it automatically changes to 3 stars.
Hi Jani - We are so sorry you aren’t happy with your purchase. We mention on the sale that ‘frame is not included’ We try to make it very clear but I guess we need to specify it in a better way.
