My order took 3 weeks to arrive. I emailed the company twice asking about the status of my order and never received a response. When my order finally arrived I was very disappointed to discover that the wrong pillow covers had been shipped. I emailed the company 24 hours ago asking for the correct covers to be shipped. I have not received a reply and doubt I will. Do NOT order from this company....they know very little about customer service

I submitted my order on October 19th and it December 7th my order it is still being processed. They’ll take your money but you’ll never receive the product! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I’ve made a huge mistake in not reading the reviews before I ordered the maps. It looks like I’m not the only one. These people are frauds. Jane needs to take action against them. I hate this!

Dear Magdalena - You’re absolutely right, somehow the order has been accepted by usps but never moved after acceptance. I sent the nicest email to you myself as the owner of this business, issued a full refund and immediately sent your order for free with an apology gift package for Christmas, after all that you’re adding another line calling us ‘Fraud’. It wasn’t even our fault, even if it was it would be an honest mistake and I couldn’t apologize more. I’m so sorry we disappointed you, we have tens of thousands happy customers and every time we make a mistake we make it up, we do our best to make sure our amazing customers will not be disappointed with us. I’m so sorry, I hope you like your order and your freebies.
