Great product but I ordered three and only received two of them. I contacted the seller twice with no reply or refund for the bag I didn’t receive. They could have received all stars if they would have contacted me, mailed the missing bag, or refunded me for the missing bag.

Ordered pillow covers on November 18 and they have still not arrived as of December 12. Tracking says they are on the way, but slow shipping.

I have tried since Monday Dec 10th to contact Refinery Number One with zero response. Like others have said I do wish I had of read the reviews closer. I ordered the Alabama print and while the picture it’s self is fine the word Alabama appears to be spelled incorrect. This could just be the font but I have asked numerous people now and they all think it appears as “Alabalma” I asked the seller if there was a way they could change the font if this is not a typo but I have not heard back. I ordered this as a gift and unfortunately will not be giving it due to the appearance of the word. Also heads up the shipping it’s not speedy. Order placed on Nov 23rd and delivered On Dec 10th. This was not an issue for me just passing along the info. ** As of January 16th zero response on here or by email from the Seller. I have tired numerous times. **
