There were some issues with my order. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, so I was upset. Kurt from Refinery Number One was extremely professional. Not only did he refund my money, he sent TWO of the pillow cases in overnight mail. I had only ordered one! Kudos to them. I am so happy to know that honest business people still exist.
