I ordered this sweatshirt and was so excited to get it. Except it never arrived. I received the printable art and had a note stating my sweatshirt would ship separately and it never did. Contacted customer service twice and got the same response “waiting for the team to respond” not will answer my emails after I’ve asked for a refund since I’m now waiting over a month for my item.

While the shirt is great- the shipping took crazy long- like 3 weeks longer than cited. Just not a fast turn around.

This tee is absolutely massive. I figure it would look similar to the pictures, or be similar to a sweatshirt. No, this shirt goes down to my mid thigh. My 6’4” husband put it on and it’s just right on him. So if you’re super tall, this is perfect for you.

Ordered this over a month ago. They claimed it was shipped out and never was. Asked for a refund and they stopped responding to me. Then this finally arrived a month later. Would never buy from this company again
