I received what I ordered, a cute pink sweater with the most perfect Halloween graphic. Loved all that. I just wish I had the option to exchange this since I ordered based on my size and ended up with an oversized item that is not very flattering on me. *Note to self, size down when ordering Gildan sweaters*

Hi Renee, we are sorry you're not happy with your order but your review is very confusing, we have no emails from you, there's only one option for heather royal and you're claiming we didn't use ink? How else are we going to print without ink? These are personalized and returns or exchanges are not accepted, we are sorry, the only assumption here is you wanted to order a different color...
