Print on pillow was good
Beautifully done prints -- I cannot wait to frame the ones I'm keeping and to give the others as gifts. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered 3 prints. I messaged them about the quality/size of prints on the page And sent them pictures of the prints.( poor quality) They assured me they were going to take care of it and fix the problem. That was a month ago and have not heard anything since. The product is NOT worth it.

This item was exactly as described and I love it! The price could not be better especially for something that I have looked for on other sites for much higher prices. We played this song at my father’s funeral so I love looking at this picture on a daily basis. Fantastic customer service as well. Thanks so much!
I ordered Jesus lover of my soul print and received Jesus loves me print instead. I have emailed twice with no response. Edit: After leaving a 1 star review I was contacted within minutes with a refund and the correct order was sent out.

My print was received well packaged. The quality of the print was outstanding. It is printed on a card stock which makes it very durable. And I am thrilled with the way it looks in my rustic old frame!
I have placed 2 orders from Refinery Number One. I have yet to get the print that I choose. I have received prints that I would never use anywhere.
The pillow I received was blue with small hearts on it. I ordered a white one with LOVE on it. Not really sure what you are going to get with this company.
Dear Sheila, we usually fix the issues and never respond to bad reviews and I can assure you we issue full refunds right away for every disappointed customer and send their orders. You ordered design 23 and it is blue with small hearts on it. When I contacted Jane support team to send you the item you meant to order for free you stopped responding. I think this review is not fair, you always get what you order from this company.
The print is nice, and is printed on a thick, quality card stock paper; but based on the pictures, I was expecting it to look a little more like an old hymnal page and instead the finish is really shinny and looks like a picture of hymnal paper.
Had a slight problem. But are making things right with my order.
