My order arrived late, but the company was so nice! They refunded my order and re-sent the posters (including one extra!). We received all the posters in the mail yesterday, and we love them!

I did not receive my correct order. When I contacted Refinery Number One, they apologized and said they would send out my order immediately. They did refund me for the delay (which I didn't ask for). It's been 19 days since with no product and after 2 emails asking about the status of my order, with no response. I've come to the realization that I am not getting my order or any further communication from them.
Dear Lynn - The reason we issued a full refund is we never ever charge our customers if we disappointed them with their orders. We know you didn’t ask for it but we always do it, we thought it would make you feel good about your order. If it’s not too much trouble can you please check your registered email on Jane.com and the spam folder as I sent you a nice email explaining the situation and apologizing about the issue. We never ever leave our amazing customers disappointed, I’ve included your tracking number for the items you originally ordered and we refunded plus the care package we sent as apology gift :) You will always receive your order from us and if we make a mistake you will not pay for it and we will do whatever we can to make it up to you.
