Customer service of this place is terrible. I ordered the state pictures and it took them almost 2 months to respond. After over and over emails from myself, husband and Jane they finally responded and gave our money back but said they would still send the products. HA never recieved them.
Dear Priscilla - We are not sure why you’re leaving a bad review for our pillow covers as all your pillow cover orders were shipped and delivered on time with no issues. Yes last year we had a problem with customer service during holiday season but we fixed it right after that. This review was supposed to be for pillow covers, not watercolor maps. Hope you’re enjoying your pillow!
