I ordered two sizes that are terribly hard to find frames for. If it's not a "normal" size you shouldn't offer it.

Dear Amy - We are a bit confused, what’s ‘normal size’? You ordered 12x18 and 13x19, every Michaels, Walmart, Hobby Lobby as well as Amazon carries these frames. The print quality was very good! The size shown in the photo was very very misleading. I ordered the largest size offered, thinking it was going to be the same size show in the pictures. Nope!
