Oh my! I don’t know where to begin- this place is amazing! •1) I ordered the ‘wrong’ hymn •2) I emailed them, within 15 minutes I had a response that they would GLADLY swap •3) the item was not to be into my hands until 15days later- it was in my mailbox in 4- and it’s perfect! It’s thick- not like your thin old hymnal paper that’s so easy to tear- love this and waiting for it to be published again to order more~ thank you from Sylacauga Alabama

Did not receive a confirmation email on my order. Also, was not able to log into my account so I thought it was a scam. Reached out to customer service and they took a while to respond. I did receive my order, which I thought was just like pictured. Loved the product, just not the hassle of not being able to login to account which I had the correct login and password and not receiving confirmation of order of purchase. That was a terrible experience in that sense.
