Ordered 2 and received them so quickly. Love them, will be ordering more for me and for gifts.
Ordered these in May. They did not come as described. It is now July 7th, and they just play back and forth games. They keep telling me they are sending out new prints to fix my order, but they won't give me tracking numbers. Feel as if this company is just a scam! I have yet to receive any new prints from them. HORRIBLE customer service!
Dear Staci - Just wanted to make this clear, you ordered in May and you received exactly what you ordered but you said you wanted them to be larger. We already sent you the largest size but you said you’re an army wife and you were moving, you couldn’t answer our email for over a month. We told you the bigger size would be the poster size which is 3 times the price of each print you paid for but we would do it just to make you happy. We shipped them but you forgot to mention your address changed. No scam company would do all these. For more help please email to [email protected].
