Sent the wrong pillow. I ordered Christmas pillow. Got a gather pillow

Super cute and surprisingly soft! Can't wait to use!
The cover came quick but it’s much larger than I expected and larger than the pillow I own. I also thought it was a true burlap and it’s just a print of burlap. A little disappointed but overall happy if I can find a pillow the right size.
LOVE my pillow covers! I have to admit I've ordered from this company before and it took over a month to receive so I was very hesitant to reorder. I'm glad I did, the covers are beautiful and shipping was very quick this time around

Washed well. Smooth case not burlap which was nice for a couch.
Not a good fit, good customer service. The sweater was itchy and tight around the collar seam (neck), and fit as noted/photographed. Disappointed because it’s such a cute style. Contacted company and they accepted the return no questions asked and prompt replies.

Arrived with a crease in the middle of the print.
Just know that these do not come framed! I didn’t realize that. They also took quite some time to ship. I bought frames and they’re on their way and I’m still excited to hang them up for the season. I would just caution that frames are. It included and it may take a few weeks to receive them :)
