2nd time ordering these. Please note, if you order larger sizes they come in a canister. I ordered 8x10s this time and they came flat. This time I ordered 5 and 1 was the wrong one. I emailed the company, they immediately responded and said they would send the correct one. I got an email when it was shipped and it arrived within a week. Very good customer service and I really appreciated it as the mixed up one was a gift!
