Ordered on 12/8/19 - should have arrived by Christmas - they did not - contacted the seller - a not so friendly email was sent back from the seller - my credit card was refunded. I understand "shipping issues" during the holidays - but my friend ordered the same poster 2 days after me and she received her's on 12/18/19.
Hello Jessica - We are so sorry that you are unsatisfied with the service that USPS provided in delivering your package. I just had a look at the detailed view for the tracking for your order - and from the 17th to the 30th, USPS seemed to lose track of the package. Your order was shipped out the same day as your friend and should have been delivered well before Christmas. By the time you alerted us to the problem on Christmas Eve, 20 minutes before midnight - there was nothing we could do to fix the situation. As mentioned we have provided you a full refund and let you keep the prints as an apology. Please understand that this shipping issue was FAR from normal. We hope you will give us another chance in the future. Many thanks!
