0 stars. I thought I was purchasing a watercolor painting, instead I received a print out on photo paper that I could’ve easily saved the money and printed myself.

Dear Lisa - We are so sorry you’re not happy with your order. We have been trying to encourage our customers to read the details before they make a purchase so they do not have any disappointments. We were very careful not to mention ‘watercolor’ or ‘painting’ anywhere in the sale. We also take great pains to reiterate several times that this is a print sale and frames are not included. We are so sorry for giving you the wrong idea unintentionally. As far as printing at home, home printers can not print a size 13x19, the special paper we use is not available for retail customers to purchase - the print shops in Walmart, Target, etc. can’t even come close to the quality or sizes that we offer. The digital press that we use costs more than a new car. Our in-house design team works long and hard to create the art that we sell. With over a decade of higher education between them and more than 3 decades of professional experience. Sorry for the extended reply, but just wanted to give you a bit more insight into the work and production process behind what we sell. We hope this experience won’t keep you from being a customer in the future.
