1 print of the 2 I ordered, came with a couple creases and could have very well been a fault of the mail as I had no way to know. After talking with Kurt from the company, he was right on top of things sending out a new print and was amazing at fixing the issue! Will definitely recommend and order from this company based on the amazing customer service experience. The prints looked beautiful and were on thick paper as well! Looking forward to hanging them to remind us of home as we are military and have moved quite often. Thanks again Kurt!!
