Originally I received the wrong product. I ordered a sweatshirt and received a t-shirt. I ordered over the very busy Black Friday weekend and understand that mistakes happen! Jane.com processed a refund promptly, and the company has offered to send me my original order at no cost. I’m sure I will love the item when I receive the right one. I gave 4 stars because of the mix up but the product is spot on.

I did not receive the product! It says it was delivered but I’ve checked with the post office multiple times and I’m not sure what happened but I don’t have it. Very disappointed.

Not as shown! These are just the prints no frames. Way too expensive for prints, I have reached out but never heard back? I will start the return process.

The neckline is higher than it looks on the model and the washed out gray looks better in the photo, but I like the quality, design and fit of it otherwise.
