I received the wrong order and qty, emailed and yet to hear back. Calling my bank to dispute order and charges. 10/15 a week ago on 10/7 the owner MIKE emailed that they would be shipping my corrected order, now I am being harrased with an edited reply emails by some 'helper' telling they are awaiting the package back to ship the right one - IF YOU REPLY A WEEK AGO THAT'S IN GONE OUT THEN HONOR THAT - I have 6 other gifts orders i placed from them and well I am done. Items return, USPS tracking said received 10/13/20 still not refunded or reshipped.

Hello - Ms. Villegas unfortunately it has been unclear from the beginning which pillow covers you received and which you wished to receive as replacement. The pillow covers that you did 'return' were not returned to our company, rather some totally different address in a different city. Thankfully Jane has a wonderful customer support team that we are all now working with and hope that it will lead to a satisfactory solution. Many thanks
