Dear Rubie - We are so sorry you are not happy with your order. We are a bit confused as we have a ‘no questions asked return policy’ You can easily return them for a refund. Also we are aware of the situation from your emails as you have not put the ‘Design numbers’ in, you put the page numbers your were on, we offered to send you the designs you meant to order in exchange with the ones you ordered by mistake, you refused to go to a Post Office due to Covid-19 and never heard from you again until this bad review you left. We are working very hard to make sure all our customers are happy and we don’t think we deserve unfair reviews. We ACCEPT returns no questions asked.
