Liked very much, didn't read the print to realize it did not come with a frame!

I ordered this early December and was supposed to arrive as a gift on December 8th. Today is December 29th and I'm still waiting and the tracking info tells me nothing

This took a month to arrive and seller did not respond to my email.

It is now 4 days after Christmas and this gift has not arrived! How do you ask for a review for an item not delivered? How do you tell someone that their Christmas gift is not under the tree!
