For the very first order, she provided a wrong address, the second time, Usps didn’t deliver as she claimed, we sent the order by UPS and issued a full refund by Jane but she didn’t change her review after the best service ever. Thanks Robyn! Yes it is so sad and we are so sorry, please don’t order from our company again…
