Attempted to contact the seller within minutes of purchase to cancel item. Zero response. Attempted to reach them to return product after they ignored the first inquiry and also had no response. My next step is to contact my credit card company. Sweatshirt is made small and the seams are fraying, forming a hole along the side. I would have kept it POSSIBLY if they’d responded and the item was good quality. If you did buy this i wouldn’t dry it in a dryer at all

Kathy, Comfort Colors 1717 is 100% ring spun cotton and above market quality. We are very used to receiving negative reviews from our customers who are not familiar with the weight and construction of 1717. Please wash it and try wearing again, it will be very different than the market quality soft style Gildan or Bella shirts you're used to purchasing. We sell those quality shirts as well, they are much cheaper.
