Dear Gelda, they are comfort colors shirts which are probably the best quality shirts in the market, we are not sure what you didn't like but once you're used to Gildan soft style or Bella canvas which are cheaper normal market qualities, you might not be able to get used to heavier cotton easily. Understandable... These are premium garment dyed shirts, give the shirt a wash, we are sure you will come back for more :)

Dear Amy, We had a look, you ordered pepper XL, you were sent pepper XL, it mentions in every sales page, 'colors might slightly differ due to monitor settings', we are not sure about your monitor settings but the color is not wrong, it may not match 100% as you expected.
