I purchased this sign poster in the wrong size. I contacted the vendor and had a response within the day telling me I could return it. I did so and within a day of receiving my return they contacted me telling me they refunded me my money. I then turned around and bought the correct size and received it a couple days later. They were very quick all around and response was wonderful. Will buy from them again.
