The poster itself is fantastic, printed in heavy paper and the quote is crisp and clear and it arrived really quickly. I totally ordered the wrong quote though - Hahaha! So that’s a bummer, but if/when I get the chance to order the quote I wanted I’ll know it’s a quality product.

Actually the company responded twice. It's is paper in the end, there's unfortunately no way to make it wood, we are a print company, not a wood work company. We explained in the deal that these are posters not wood, we are very sorry, please reach out to our customer service team if you have any other issues.
