I only received one of the two prints, and the paper quality was poor, and the print was faded in spots on the image. Emailed the seller who responded and said they would send another print, but they never did.

The picture is beautiful but I wish there were more options for the people.

Product is wonderful! So happy they were able to get my daughter's ethnic hair just right! Missed the last star because it took more than two extra weeks to get the product, and only then after more than one reminder email in my part. But they were very courteous the whole time and I am now very happy with my product!

It took them 2 months to even send the print to me. It was a little frustrating because Janes website said it can be as personalized as I want then after buying it it was very limited to what we can choose from. I bought 3 of them and could only give one person it as a present. I had to throw the other 2 away because I couldn't personalize them for the people i purchased them for.

My print never showed up...and once the seller realized they not only sent me my print but added in some extra prints to make up for the confusion, all of which are amazing. I'm very happy with all of my prints!! 5 stars for the prints & 5 stars for customer service!

Looked exactly as expected. Made a good wedding gift. I appreciated seeing a draft before my order was completed.
