I like my print, but it took way too long to ship. I ordered in July and didn't not receive until I emailed them at the end of September. Then they shipped it within two days. Why did it take so long? Would it have shipped had I not emailed them?

The print looks exactly as pictured online. I'm so excited to hang it in my home!
