I was disappointed in the picture I picked. I didn't read the fine prints, but I still think that the price surely didn't match the quality of the picture. It was a printed picture where I was under the impression that it was going to be a framed wood art. Like I said it could have been my misunderstanding. If I would have read all the fine print and known that it was just a printed picture I wouldn't have bought it.

After receiving a design I didn't order, I contacted the Refinery using the information they provided in the package. I immediately heard from someone, and my correct order was received less than a week later. Great Customer Service!!

The picture makes it look like there is some “bling” on the heart. It’s actually just a plain heart on a shirt - okay for what it is but not worth the price.

The shirt matched the pictures exactly and the fit was exactly what I expected. The shirt came with some stains on it but the seller sent me a new shirt right away. Love it!
