Items came damaged

I LOVED this print. I ordered the flamingo print for a nursery and it is adorable. Unfortunately, there was no label on the thick envelope to not bend and it was stuffed in my mailbox. Literally folded in. So I am not sure if I can make it smooth enough to actually use. Which makes me sad. As far as quality, the print is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. But the shipping packaging left me sad and disappointed.

I ordered my towel , it's been almost two months since. I contacted the seller twice. The first time they apologized and even offered a free towel with my previous order, I have still not received anything. I sent another message yesterday and still haven't heard back.

These prints came in so much better than expected! Printed on card stock, beautiful, detailed, clear images - can't wait to frame and hang them!

The print looks great and reminds me of a great memory every time I look at it! It was a little bent on the corner when it arrived though.
