Before anything else, Jane customer service was great! But for red dress boutique - I went by the sizing chart and it was way off. The material was heavy, and the color sent to me was wrong. Further, I couldn’t find their return policy on their page, so of course they don’t provide a shipping label and I’m now out $15 if I don’t want to keep this sweater. Really disappointed.

They didn’t fit well and when I tried to return...it took 6 days for the seller to respond and that was after 3 emails. It makes me uncomfortable purchasing from sellers like that especially when they have strict return policies that they make difficult to uphold.

Found the XL I usually order to be large in the style. Like the weight and color, but not sure if I will reorder.

Love this dress. Simple and elegant. It's super long but I'm only 5'4" so ... kind of expected as much. Great price too!

Cute dress but SHIPPING was very slow!! Received to late to wear for the event I had planned on wearing it too!

I was amazed at how well it fit straight out of the package. I am 5' 1" and always need things hemmed. Not this time! With heels on it fits great.
