Update: The Jane Customer Service helped me get in contact with the shop. The Jane Customer Service team was very helpful. The Red Boutique responded and shipped a new dress. It was very appreciated. I have made three attempts to contact this shop. I ordered my dress on 8/22/2021. It appears that the package has been stuck in Arizona. I have requested to cancel this purchase and receive a refund but have not heard a response from the shop. Buyer Beware.

Sent company email on 9/5 to return item. Left bad review, company contacted me on 9/13 asking me to take down bad review and ship items back to them. After paying $10 shipping initially, plus $10 shipping back, the order was delivered to them on 9/20, I had to email them on 9/29 asking for an update and they refunded me…. BUT ONLY FOR ONE DRESS OUT OF TWO. They responded and said they were refunding me however it's a week later and still out $25 for the dress that was sent back and $20 for the shipping. Honestly this company makes me never want to order from Jane again.

I was originally sent jean shorts, not this dress. I emailed the seller and eventually the dress arrived in my mailbox! I was disappointed at first because I thought I was scammed, but the seller made it right! Good knee length dress, not too short.

Love this dress! I get compliments every time I wear it.

Strange fit. There is elastic at the tiers and makes the fabric bubble so it doesn’t lay right against the body.

It is bulkier than I would have thought.. I didn't save the packaging or I would send back. Too large :(
