The material and colors look nothing like the picture. It looks cheaply made and the colors are not what I expected based on the picture.

Tried to return and no response

Received wrong item. Seller did not respond when contacted by myself and Jane’s support after promising to send the correct one. I would have loved to have this dress, but I will never buy from this seller again.

Honestly, had an horrible experience with this seller. The dress didn’t come until weeks later. The seller was nice and responded but then it was the wrong dress sent to me. Totally different material. Still waiting for a reply to see what happens next.

The outfit did NOT look anything like the photo. Very dissapointed as I was trying to return however I can not get the information back from you from my request. This is not good customer service at all.

Looks just like the picture. Very pretty and very chic.

The product did not meet my expectations as the picture portrayed .

But Jane is terrible for customer service. If you need a refund they don’t tell you, you must submit 3 different ways before submitting for a refund. Even then 50% of the time, the do not refund you. I have loved Jane, unfortunately lately the returns are not quite returns. Lost in transit, then it’s our responsibility to contact usps, ups, dhl, etc. unfortunately!!!!!!

The top part was form fitting. It was not representative of the picture.

The top is cute but received the wrong color :(

This dress is WAY TOO short. Maybe with jeans or leggings it will pass as a tunic / top.

This top adjusts but it was still a little too tight for me.
