So perfect! Great quality and looks amazing!

Two of the bags were perfect, but the third bag looks like it was a reject. Not even the same material. Very flimsy…

They substituted what I ordered without consulting me. I wrote to customer service and got a form letter back asking for proof. I sent all the pictures and have yet to hear back from them. They got my money - I got dollar store type bags and now they are ghosting me.

I ordered two tote bags, one blue bag with hot pink name and one green bag with hot pink name. They are beautiful! However due to supply demand I did receive two different canvas style bags however they are still adorable and durable! I appreciate the hard work!

Dainty and adorable!

They arrived but I had them sent to my mothers for Mother’s Day in California… she hasn’t opened them yet but I’m sure they’re fine.

I ordered 8 of this product 7 out of 8 all matched and one was different. I realize there is a shortage because of the pandemic but to send one different seems a little off. 7 were great The Substitute was slightly smaller and a different material. I was a little disappointed as one will be different and it’s really noticeable

I though it was a little wide on the bottom but it’s not. It’s more for carrying books. Or payers. Nice fabric.
