I was told I would get 2 engraved coasters, unfortunately I only received ONE coaster (singular). They were supposed to be a gift but I’m not sure how I can give that as a gift now. I also emailed the company and they have been unresponsive to my email, so far.

Words faded in color.

It says set of 2 there is only 1 and very light print hard to read

Spelled the names wrong and didn’t respond to me when I messaged about correcting the issue

poor customer service, waiting on a resolution to my lost package and will certainly update, ordered 16 separate orders to drop ship at different address - this are Holiday Gifts

1 coaster was printed well and the other hardly visible. Disappointed.

Sent email to get status of order that was supposed to ship nov 30, waiting on a response but never hear anything except a message saying “we will get back with u within 24 hours” still haven't heard back it'

Very disappointed ordered almost month ago. They will not respond to emails.

I've tried emailing the seller to see where the item is but can't get a response.

Love the quality and design but I ordered 2 sets of 2 and only received one from each set.very disappointing. Couldn’t even get a hold of anyone to replace the 2 I’m missing.

Beautiful coasters. Thought it came as a set not just one coaster!

The coaster was beautiful, but I only got 1 coaster instead of the advertised 2.

The quality of the coasters were nice. I order the Nielson style of coasters. The letter behind our names was a M and not a C. I’ve emailed the company but have not received a response back yet.

These are ok. Not as darkly stamped as in the photos. I was kind of disappointed...

Printing is not as dark as shown in pictures. I thought this was for 4 coasters. My fault but kind of strange that they would come in a 2 pack.

I'm giving these coasters a 3 because the item description says "coasters" (plural), so I assumed it would be a set of 2. However, when I opened the package there was only 1. Who orders 1 coaster? The quality and design rate a 5, but the advertising for the item is misleading.

Couldn't hardly see the print on them.
