I loved the lantern, but it arrived damaged since one of the glass panes was broken.

Love the lantern but when I opened the box one of the side glass was broken. It needs to have more protection so it doesn't happen. Specially since it get mailed with the us post office.
Bought this as a gift and it turned out perfect. They loved it!
The quality if lovely and I think the personalization came out nicely. The unit was slightly smaller than I expected but they made for a lovely gifts.
