The cutting board turned out pretty cute! It was smaller than I expected, and have a couple of parts in the wood that didn't look great. Other than that though, the personalized part to it really turned out great!

The name/etching wasn't centered and the top of the "R" went up into the frame of the box. Very disappointing.

One of the lanterns I ordered arrived with a broken pane of glass. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive. They quickly sent me a replacement pain of glass. I was very pleased with their customer service and was thrilled to give the lantern as a wedding present.
