Love the lantern. It came out clear and beautiful.
What a great gift! We will shop here again and already have. I love American Laser Crafts.
I ordered the big initial P with the names Donna and Ted. The names were put on top of the P in a place that looked bad. The metal is too light weight and looks cheap. I bought the wrong gift for my cousin. No candle came with it. I guess I missed that in the ad. The idea is a good one but cheap looking
Sadly arrived broken, but they quickly replaced the panels.
Lantern arrived completely bent out of shape and with broken glass.

Some of the doors wouldn't completely close but after manipulation of the thin metal I was able to fix. One lantern came pretty damaged, to the point of I can't gift it. Waiting for a response from the company.
the lantern arrived with all the glass shattered. I've sent an email asking for assistance however I have not received a reply
These came out beautiful!
Product was good quality but misspelled name. The papers inside the box shows I spelled it correctly when I ordered. I have contacted the company and I am unable to get a response so I do not recommend ordering from them.
Such a beautiful Lantern, but mine came in broken. I emailed the company 2 days ago, but I have not heard anything back from them.
