The order process was not clear causing me to order a replacement product. This product came defective. The top wood piece fell off when I took it out of the box and the bottom of the holder had been dented. The service response time is good, but not the product.

Althugh it was a little smaller than anticipated, it is really cute and the craftsmanship is excellent. It can also be used as a brush holder for makeup brushes, might be cute in a bathroom!

I bought this as a wedding gift, but I didn't give it to the couple. The letter and name were so light that they can barely be read.

Can't wait to give this as a Christmas gift
