the plaid wasn't straight - was printed crooked

I have given several of these as gifts over the years. Always a hit!

I ordered the penguin and got the unicorn. Bags are smaller than expected. Not sure if I can use them for what I wanted. Print is nicely done though.

Engraving was not the best.

My husband will love this for Christmas!!

I highly recommend this product. I ordered this as a wedding gift and very pleased as to how it turned out. It's beautiful! I will definitely order from Qualtry again.

This will be a much appreciated present. One comment I have is the wood engraved lettering should be a little darker color. Mine is a medium/light brown color. Otherwise it was an affordable, personalized serving board.

I received the wrong mat the first time, I emailed them, not only did they reply quickly, but I received the correct one quick too.

Missing a line for the customization now it dosent make sense 😔

Just received and the head is wiggly and it feels like you will get splinters just from holding it.
