Looks and is as expected. I got these for a Christmas gift for my parents since they travel so much. I'm sure when I give it to them they will love it!

Product is beautiful. Had a minor issue with only one hot pad sent out in the order, rather than two. The customer service was amazing! Matt was very quick to get back to me and correct the problem. Shipping is very fast, highly recommend this company!
