Came quick and the monogram work is beautiful.

The Happy Halloween/spider web was off center on the front of the mug (it was to the right and closer to the handle) and the name beneath it was much smaller than described/shown in the ad - the name below the Happy Halloween is a smaller font and is barely legible.

Too stinking cute

Glasses themselves are good quality. The customization I can barely see. It's there just needs to be a little larger and a brighter white. I purchased them for gifts. I tried to put a dark tissue paper inside, but I still can't make out the text. (yes, I was wearing my glasses) I order from Qualtry all the time and all my previous purchases were A+. These just fell short :(
