bought an extra small for the cats, and they run big.. so go smaller.

Order carefully. I ordered by sizing and it is too big for my girl even adjusted all the way down.
The wood is rough, to the point of splintering in a couple of places. I ordered two, and one has very uneven “coloring” in the letters. It is very noticeable, and does not look natural. It looks incomplete. I purchased these as gifts, and am a little embarrassed to give them. They look like a high school shop project, which is absolutely fine if you know that’s what you’re getting. They were also both put in a tyvek envelope, with zero padding or protection, and mailed as is. Disappointed.
