Looks perfect. My word wasn’t going to fit in the space for the design, so I left a note for them in the order itself, followed up via email, and it looks perfect. So excited to give it as a present.

Product said it would ship NO LATER THAN Nov. 20th. It JUST SHIPPED 12/4. I emailed the company twice and they told me that it was still within their 10-15 day period. No where on the original post for sale did it say anything about a 10-15 day waiting period. I wanted it for my daughter who was ready to lose a tooth, as it was her first lost tooth. No use now!!!

I have contacted the company via email and have gotten no response. I called the customer support number which is a 10 minute recording of FAQs with no way to speak to a person. I ordered 4 personalized stockings. The only choice I saw when ordering was to pick a red or green top. I did not see a place to pick the font or color of thread. I have 3 stockings with the same font and one with a different font. I wanted them all the same. Red thread was used on the red top of one of the stockings, so the name doesn't even show up. I received these the first week of December. I am now having to pay someone to fix the 2 out of 4 that were incorrect since no one from the company will contact me back.
