Beanies came with paper backing and plastic on the personalized initials. I had to scrape the plastic off the letters. Cannot believe they sent it to me that way. Good thing I noticed the paper on the back of letters or when I washed them it would of been a mess. Emailed company and haven’t heard anything back yet.

Lettering was very light and difficult to see. Made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the seller. Most likely will not purchase from American Laser Crafts again.

Item didn’t ship until over a week after the date stated but did arrive quickly after shipping notice. It’s nice but I’m disappointed that the lid part of the lantern is bent in and dented especially since it’s a Christmas gift for my mother in law.

A little smaller in person than I imagined (though they do give you measurements, I just didn’t draw it out and imagine it). Still a great gift! My grandparents will love it!
