The lantern itself is so cute; however, they put the wrong initial on my lantern. My last name is spelled correctly, but the initial is completely wrong. The funny thing is that the only information that came with the lantern said that it had been inspected before shipping and was correct. :-)

Ordered 12/9 for a Christmas gift and this was delivered 12/30, so still have not gifted yet since family Christmas was before 12/30. Smaller than expected but overall a nice lantern.

This is quite possibly the coolest case Ive ever had!

It was broke when delivered. I have reached out to the seller 3 times and have not got a response. I would be satisfied with a replacement or a refund.

This was a nice Christmas gift. The wood is soft though and the corner was chipped when it was delivered.

Very nice. Heavy and well made hammer. My son was ecstatic with his name in it.

Got this for a friend for her birthday......she LOVES it and wants more! Packed very well, had a large sticker saying careful glass...but the post office wasnt careful (box was damaged...thank goodness not the item)

Lanterns were just as listed, beautiful! Packaged well, very secure wrapping. The reason for the low rating is the amout of time it took to ship. From date of purchase to receiving it was 26 days. And when asking for as status from the seller via email, twice, I received no response. These were gifts that did not arrive until well after Christmas. I actually had to scramble to get gifts at the last minute. Extremely disappointing. Now I have 2 personalized lanterns that I can't do anything with.
