I was thrilled to receive these totes, but after washing them (the tag says you can), I can barely read the print. Beautiful print, but very poor quality.

My order did not ship according to estimated ship date, so I contacted them and they told me the black cases were on back order and would be sent out beginning of next week. I didn’t not receive order til end of the following week. Was so excited to open it up, only to find out they sent the wrong size case and the case came in white instead of black. I contacted them again and they told me the size I am requesting is on back order. They did offer me refunds both times and also refunded me the shipping fee the first time, but not much updates with the order otherwise.
