Never got my second set with Hancock on them

I ordered this phone case over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it.

Love it

The quality is great and its beautifully made . The only issue I have is that it smelled awful....like burned wood..obviously and was covered in black soot. I’m sure the smell will go away eventually. And I do love it so all is well!

This case is beautiful but very heavy and rough on the edges.

It came yesterday, the design is nice and it fit my phone perfectly. It looks really nice too and the price was very reasonable. Thank you!!!!!

Case arrived yesterday, other than the wood burning smell which I am sure will eventually fade away, It is a beautiful case. Would order some as gifts if they become available again

There were a few problems with my order so it took an extra long time to receive; however, I was like their customer service was stellar! They responded quickly when I contacted them, they fixed the issue and when I did finally receive the item it looked amazing. It does have the burnt smell some refer to but it's understandable given the product. Let it air out and it gets better.
